At Buildservers, we provide rapid delivery of physical servers through remote setup and provisioning. Since our products are not physically shipped, this policy covers the digital delivery process and expectations for customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the rest of the European Union.
Delivery Method
All servers are provisioned and delivered remotely. There is no physical shipping or package involved.
Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

You will receive an email or portal notification with access details once your server is fully set up.
If there are any delays due to custom configurations, hardware availability, or other technical reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order Confirmation & Access
After your order and payment are confirmed, you will receive:

A confirmation email with your order details

Server access credentials or onboarding instructions once provisioning is complete
Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid delays in delivery.
Custom Configurations
Orders with custom hardware specifications or special service requests may require additional time. If this applies, we will provide an estimated delivery window during the order process.
