At Buildservers, we are committed to providing high-performance physical servers as per the agreed specifications and terms. This refund policy applies to purchases made through our webshop and complies with consumer protection regulations in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

Hardware Issues
If the server hardware is found to be defective or faulty, and this impacts its functionality, you are eligible for a full or partial refund. -
Performance Not as Agreed
If the server does not meet the agreed performance specifications (e.g. CPU, RAM, network throughput), and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued. -
Failure to Meet Agreed Terms
If we fail to deliver on any critical aspect of the agreed terms — such as incorrect configuration, failure to activate the server, or missing services — you may be entitled to a refund.
Conditions for Refund

A refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date the service was made available to you.

You must provide a clear explanation and, where applicable, evidence of the issue (e.g., benchmark results, error logs, or written communication).

We reserve the right to attempt to resolve or remedy the issue before processing a refund.
